Inability to proceed with a mortgage from our current mortgage provider left us in a slight panic as to how we would be able to buy the house we wanted. We needed financial advice urgently. Found us a mortgage that met all our needs. She came out to see us at home and filled in all the forms, got all the documents together and dealt with the building society on our behalf. She was always contactable and returned calls in a timely fashion. All her explanations were clear and helpful. Sadly, the sale of our house fell through the day after our mortgage was confirmed! We are back on the market and will be able to proceed as soon as we find a buyer.
