Typically, we charge a fee of £495 for arranging your mortgage, the exact amount will depend on your circumstances. Where a fee is charged, we will only charge this once during the term of the mortgage. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of £49 for any changes which are made to the mortgage once a mortgage offer has been issued.

Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up the repayments on your mortgage. You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage. As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions will apply.
